Crawlspaces

An Accurid Pest Solutions Inc. technician will inspect your crawlspace foundation wall, piers, sill plates, floor joists, support beams, sub-flooring & exposed wood.

Exterior of Homes

An Accurid Pest Solutions Inc. technician will inspect your exterior perimeter foundation, door & window frames, front, side or sun-porch, eaves & fascia boards, garage & shed.

Interior of Homes

An Accurid Pest Solutions Inc. technician will inspect all the rooms in your home, baseboards, door & window frames, ceiling & wall junctions, around skylights, ceilings, around bathtubs, showers, hot water tank closet, closets, and under kitchen & bathroom sinks.
*In some cases there may be obstructions such as but not limited to insulation, standing water & vegetation, which may limit visual inspections & or the ability to take pictures. Accurid Pest Solutions bares no responsibility & shall remain harmless in the event activity is present but unseen due to obstructions, inaccessibility & or reasons stated on page 1 & 2 of the WDI inspection report. For a complete list of restrictions read pages 1 & 2 of the NPMA-33 WDI inspection report. Copies of this report are given to the client after completion of inspections or at the request of the client.
